Corvatsch, Silvaplana

Corvatsch Park Silvaplana
The Corvatsch ski area, which is part of the municipality of Silvaplana, has the highest mountain station in the canton of Graubünden, at 3303 meters above sea level. Corvatsch means “big raven” in the local Romansh language. There are 120 kilometers of pistes to take on and, thanks to the unique backcountry, countless freeride routes.

The heart of the ski area is the Corvatsch Park, which is one of the best snow parks in Europe. In addition to 44 jib features and 12 kickers, the section of the Corvatsch Park below the Murtèl middle station is also home to a 170 m long, 22 m wide halfpipe with a slope of 18 degrees, meaning that the park truly lives up to its moniker of “Freestyle Heaven”.
