Thanks to your commitment, your enjoyment of the sport, the people and everything that goes with it, the Freestyle World Championships 2025 will be a success.
On this page you will find all the important information about the areas of work, activities, etc.
Important information
Please note the following points:
- Please check your personal information and contact details. Also, don't forget to enter an emergency contact.
- Is your cell phone number saved and favorised (labelled with a star)? This is important in case we need to contact you during your assignment.
- Have you uploaded a current profile picture (in passport photo format, without sunglasses, ski helmet, etc.)? The photo will only be used for your accreditation.
Information A-Z for Voluntaris
A limited number of beds are available at the St. Moritz Youth Hostel. Further information on volunteer accommodation and bed allocation will follow by the end of February.
IMPORTANT: All travel expenses to the Engadin and back are at the expense of the volunteers.
Accreditation
Please make sure that you collect your accreditation the day prior to your first work day. Information on pick-up times and locations can be found under “Opening hours Voluntari offices”.
Your accreditation allows you to
- get access to the assigned venues of your tasks
- travel with the public transport in the Engadin for free. This applies in the region of Engadin Mobil and travelling 2nd class only.
- get one meal per assignment day for free. The accreditation has to be shown, to redeem the meal.

It is essential that you always carry your accreditation with you!
