Engadin meets Zurich

A change of perspective can be beneficial, as confirmed by psychology. Twenty-one event planners, agency representatives, executive assistants, and MICE buyers learned how to best achieve this at a networking dinner held at Loft Five in Zurich.

On April 24, Michaela Jenal and Karin Breitenstein of Engadin Tourism, together with five partners, presented the diverse options for groups in the Engadin under the motto "Engadin meets zurich".

Depending on their needs and preferences, guests can stay in a variety of hotels including the centrally located 4s Cresta Palace Celerina, the sustainability-focused 4s Nira Alpina in Surlej, the historic 5* Grand Hotel Kronenhof in Pontresina, or the "Family Affair": The 5* Waldhaus Sils, run by the fifth generation of the Dietrich family. There are also plenty of locations for meetings or creative brainstorming sessions: The Golden Eye at the White Marmot on the Corviglia or the RhB's Stiva Retica promise unique event spaces.

After the successful event, Michaela Jenal summed up: 'We were able to introduce the Engadin to an exciting audience and demonstrate what sets us apart, from travel and accommodation to meeting spaces and side activities.' One participant added, 'It was a nice end to the day and definitely an incentive to plan our next event in the Engadin.'
