The Olympia Bob Run in St. Moritz–Celerina is celebrated as the world’s longest bobsleigh track, as well as the oldest and only natural ice run. Every year, this iconic track is meticulously built by a dedicated team using snow, water, and a lot of elbow grease. The author had the pleasure of sitting down for a coffee with Gregor Stähli, managing director of the Olympia Bob Run, to learn more about this remarkable tradition.
