Spectacular Moguls Finals

On the demanding moguls course at Corviglia/Alp Giop, athletes delivered an impressive display of speed, technique, and acrobatics.

In the first finals of the FIS Freestyle World Championships, spectators witnessed a thrilling competition featuring spectacular jumps and outstanding skiing skills.

Japan’s Ikuma Horishima claimed the gold medal in the men's competition, securing victory ahead of Canada’s Mikael Kingsbury, who took silver. South Korea’s Daeyoon Jung completed the podium with bronze.

In the women's competition, France’s Perrine Laffont dominated to take gold, while Japan’s Hinako Tomitaka earned silver. Canada’s Maia Schwinghammer rounded out the podium with a bronze-medal performance.

“It’s hard to believe! Did I just win?” said newly crowned world champion Perrine Laffont. Ikuma Horishima was equally thrilled with his second world title, saying, “It’s nice to win a gold medal like I did eight years ago.
