Qualification
50 female snowboarders/60 male snowboarders complete 1 run on one of the two courses. The top 32 qualify for the elimination and complete a second run on the second course. The top 16 qualify for the finals.

1/8-Finals
16 snowboarders, 8 heats, 1 run. The system is based on elimination. The winner of each heat qualifies for the 1/4-finals.

1/4-Finals
8 snowboarders, 4 heats, 1 run. The system is based on elimination. The winner of each heat qualifies for the semi-finals.

Semi-Finals
4 snowboarders, 2 heats, 1 run. The system is based on elimination. The winner of each heat qualifies for the finals.

Finals (Big & Small)
2 heats, 1 run each. The losers of the semi-finals compete in the Small Final for 3rd place, while the winners compete in the Big Final for the victory.

Corviglia / Salastrains / Alp Giop, St. Moritz.

The competition area is located along the Salastrains chairlift in the segment between Alp Giop (start area) and Salastrains (finish area).

Access is via the Munt da San Murezzan mountain station, which can be reached by the Signalbahn cable car from St. Moritz Bad or by the Salastrains chairlift from Salastrains.

The Salastrains station is served on certain days by the FIS Freestyle World Championships shuttles (see schedule).

The competitions can be freely viewed with skis or snowboard along the competition area (Corviglia Run Piste).

A ski pass is required to use the mountain lifts.

With non-slip footwear and motivation, the start area (Alp Giop) can be reached via the winter hiking trail No. 6 from Salastrains from below. The walk from St. Moritz to Salastrains takes about 30 minutes, and from Salastrains to Alp Giop takes about 30 minutes. The walk from the Signalbahn mountain station to Alp Giop takes about 20 minutes. From the Chanterellabahn mountain station, Salastrains can be reached in a 15-minute walk.

A pedestrian ticket for Zone 1 is required for the Signalbahn or Chantarella Cable Car.

Semi-Finals

Corviglia / Salastrains / Lärche, St. Moritz.

The competition area for Snowboard Alpine PSL is located in Salastrains. The start area is slightly above Lärche. The finish area is in Salastrains.

The Salastrains station is serviced by the FIS Freestyle World Championship shuttles on certain days (see schedule).

The competitions can be freely watched with skis or snowboard along the competition area (Corviglia Run Piste).

A ski pass  is required to use the cable cars.

With non-slip footwear, the start and finish areas can be reached via Winter Hiking Trail No. 6.

From the Signalbahn mountain station, the start area at Lärche can be reached in about 10 minutes, and the finish area at Salastrains in about 10-15 minutes. The walk from Salastrains to the start area at Lärche takes around 10 minutes. The walk from St. Moritz to Salastrains takes about 30 minutes. From the Chantarellabahn mountain station, Salastrains can be reached in a 15-minute walk.
