Aerials

This discipline is also known as part of the former ski acrobatics. The athletes jump from a ramp up to 4 metres high and perform breathtaking tricks and spins.

They jump up to 15 metres almost vertically into the air and perform triple somersaults with up to five twists. The competition consists of a qualifying jump and a final jump for the best twelve athletes in the qualification. The jump is assessed by a total of five judges and the landing by two judges, with the total score being multiplied by the announced level of difficulty of the jump.

Aerials Mixed Team

Each team consists of three athletes. The only requirement is that at least one man and one woman must be represented in each team. Otherwise, the same requirements/conditions and evaluation criteria apply as in the individual competition.

The competitions will take place on Corviglia. Public catering, a sponsors' village and a VIP tent will be available on site.
